Our appraisers carry cell phones at all times.  This means that they are always accessible to you for questions or requests.

Timely Service

Our objective is to provide quality appraisal service to clients in a timely manner.  You or your clients will be contacted within one day of receipt of the request and the report delivered to you within two business days after inspection.  All reports are written in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

TECHNOLOGY

We utilize the latest technology in appraisal software.  At the client's request, we can provide electronic delivery of appraisal reports in both Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Portable Document Format (PDF).  Both of these are acceptable under USPAP rules.
